Kualifikasi Pelamar

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience (more is better) in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on front-end engineering.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
4. Strong experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, SWR, etc.).
5. Strong and mandatory to understand HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
6. Strong experience with translating Figma design into functioning and high-quality front-end codes.
7. Backend engineering experience in Ruby (Rails) or Golang (preferred).
8. Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
9. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
10. Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL or MongoDB) and efficient data modeling.
11. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and using GitHub for code collaboration and management.
12. Fluent in English communication (reading, listening, and speaking) is mandatory.
13. Ability to optimize web applications for performance, memory/CPU usage, and better user experiences.
14. Excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous learning, and attention to detail.
15. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic SaaS products.
2. Background in LMS, EdTech, or e-learning platforms.
3. Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
4. Understanding of web security best practices such as OWASP Top 10.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver new features, understand the project requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of applications through code reviews, testing, and best engineering practices.
4. Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
5. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.
6. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, agile environment.
7. Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by QA and end-users, ensuring timely resolution.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.
9. Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our products.
10. Participate in our agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint review, sprint grooming/refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
